✨❤️ COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS. ❤️✨

I looked at this picture and realized I have so much more to be proud of than what can be measured by numbers, sales, or accomplishments. 🥹❤️

This year, I chose ME. 🙋🏽‍♀️

In ways I haven't in a very long time…

This year, I started to Kare about myself. ❤️💪🏽✨

🥗 I worked on my health.
💪🏽 I took better care of my body.
🍎 I counted the calories.

And after 20 YEARS of dealing with prediabetes, I reversed it. 🙌🏽❤️

⚖️ I lost the weight—and somewhere along the way, the weight of other people's opinions fell right off with the pounds. ✌🏽😘

I found the scattered pieces of my confidence again 🧩❤️ and then I built it back up by doing everything I was too afraid to do.

I challenged myself. 💪🏽
I pushed myself. 🔥
I stepped outside of my comfort zone. 👣
And I pushed beyond the limits I had placed on MYSELF.

Somewhere along the way, I started feeling good when I looked in the mirror again. 🪞😍

Not because I'm perfect…

But because I alchemized an imperfect mess and wholeheartedly accepted ALL of my perfect imperfections. ❤️✨

I finally recognize the woman looking back at me.

And SHE is who I've always wanted to be. 🥹❤️👑

And professionally? 🏡📑💰

WHEW. 😂😂😂

I WORKED MY ASS OFF!!! 😂💪🏽

🌙 Day & night.
📱 Call after call.
🏡 House after house.
📑 Deal after deal.

NO CAP!!! 😂🔥

I grew. 🌱
I learned. 📚
I produced. 💰
I pushed through things people will NEVER know about. 💪🏽

And I proved something very important to myself:

✨✨✨ I AM CAPABLE. ✨✨✨

Capable of FAR more than I ever gave myself credit for. 📈✨🙌🏽

And the part that behooves me? 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

Everybody else around me seemed to know it…

EXCEPT ME.

But maybe my biggest accomplishment has been learning that I don't need anyone else's permission to believe in myself. ❤️

I know what I've survived. 🙏🏽
I know how hard I've worked. 💪🏽
I know what I bring to the table. 👑
And NOW…

I KNOW WHAT I'M CAPABLE OF. ❤️🔥

So when I see “Count Your Blessings” above my head in this picture, I smile & I thank GOD! 🥹❤️

Because I'm looking at one of them. 🙏🏽

🎯 QUIET DOESN’T MEAN INACTIVE. IN MY WORLD, IT MEANS CALCULATED.🎯

I know I haven’t been as active on social media lately.

But please don’t mistake my silence for a lack of movement because I'm always on the move.

While I’ve been quiet online, I’ve been LOUD in real life.

🔑 THREE closings last week!
✨ ONE closing tomorrow!
🏡 Multiple showings EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!
📝 At least FOUR offers written this weekend.

And that’s only a fraction of what’s happening behind the scenes.

Listings. Showings. Contracts. Inspections. Negotiations. Appraisals. Problems being solved. Fires being put out. Buyers getting keys. Buyers & Sellers getting to the closing table.

I haven’t had much time to post about real estate because I’ve been too busy DOING real estate.

There’s a difference. 😉

Quiet, for me, doesn’t mean I disappeared. And it doesn't mean that I'm not working, that's the furthest thing from the truth! 😂

It means I’m moving differently.

Watching.
Planning.
Positioning.
Negotiating.
Building.
Producing.
Executing. 🎯

I’m blessed to have built a business where I’m managing multiple clients, multiple properties, multiple showings and multiple transactions at the same time.

Every client matters. But real estate doesn’t stop with one house, one showing, one contract or one closing. There are a whole lot of moving pieces happening every single day that social media never sees & will never see because I don't do this for the show. I don't need an audience to be successful. I do what I do because I truly love what I do. I love Real Estate! ❤️🏡💯📈

Juneteenth hits different when you understand what freedom truly means. ❤️🖤💚✊🏾

As a descendant of ancestors who were enslaved, the ability to buy land 🏡, sell homes 🔑, build wealth 💰, and profit from my own work means so much more than just a career to me.

This one was so much more than just a transaction… this was a journey. ❤️🙏🏽

My buyer went through a very emotional road before getting to this moment. 😢💔 A previous deal fell apart right before closing, and she had to regroup, refocus, and trust that something better was still possible. 🙏🏽✨ And I got right to work, I couldn't leave my girl hanging. 💪🏾

And look at God. ❤️🙌🏽

We found her a beautiful brand-new home 🏡✨ that gave her the one-level living, comfort, peace, and fresh start she truly needed. 🌿🛋️🔑

After everything she went through, seeing her happy, relieved, and satisfied with her purchase meant EVERYTHING to me. 🥹❤️

And let me tell y’all… this final walkthrough was one I will NEVER forget. 😍🏡

The builder, who was also the listing agent, brought his wife, and she and I ended up having a heartfelt prayer together right there at the walkthrough. 🙏🏽✨ It was such a powerful and beautiful reminder that real estate is about so much more than houses, contracts, and keys. 📝🔑

Sometimes it’s about faith, timing, people, purpose, and God’s redirection. ❤️🙌🏽✨
