🎯 QUIET DOESN’T MEAN INACTIVE. IN MY WORLD, IT MEANS CALCULATED.🎯

I know I haven’t been as active on social media lately.

But please don’t mistake my silence for a lack of movement because I'm always on the move.

While I’ve been quiet online, I’ve been LOUD in real life.

🔑 THREE closings last week!
✨ ONE closing tomorrow!
🏡 Multiple showings EVERY. SINGLE. DAY!
📝 At least FOUR offers written this weekend.

And that’s only a fraction of what’s happening behind the scenes.

Listings. Showings. Contracts. Inspections. Negotiations. Appraisals. Problems being solved. Fires being put out. Buyers getting keys. Buyers & Sellers getting to the closing table.

I haven’t had much time to post about real estate because I’ve been too busy DOING real estate.

There’s a difference. 😉

Quiet, for me, doesn’t mean I disappeared. And it doesn't mean that I'm not working, that's the furthest thing from the truth! 😂

It means I’m moving differently.

Watching.
Planning.
Positioning.
Negotiating.
Building.
Producing.
Executing. 🎯

I’m blessed to have built a business where I’m managing multiple clients, multiple properties, multiple showings and multiple transactions at the same time.

Every client matters. But real estate doesn’t stop with one house, one showing, one contract or one closing. There are a whole lot of moving pieces happening every single day that social media never sees & will never see because I don't do this for the show. I don't need an audience to be successful. Juneteenth hits different when you understand what freedom truly means. ❤️🖤💚✊🏾

As a descendant of ancestors who were enslaved, the ability to buy land 🏡, sell homes 🔑, build wealth 💰, and profit from my own work means so much more than just a career to me.

Real estate is not just about houses — it’s about ownership, freedom, legacy, and generational wealth. 🏘️📈👑

This one was so much more than just a transaction… this was a journey. ❤️🙏🏽

My buyer went through a very emotional road before getting to this moment. 😢💔 A previous deal fell apart right before closing, and she had to regroup, refocus, and trust that something better was still possible. 🙏🏽✨ And I got right to work, I couldn't leave my girl hanging. 💪🏾

And look at God. ❤️🙌🏽

We found her a beautiful brand-new home 🏡✨ that gave her the one-level living, comfort, peace, and fresh start she truly needed. 🌿🛋️🔑

After everything she went through, seeing her happy, relieved, and satisfied with her purchase meant EVERYTHING to me. 🥹❤️

The builder, who was also the listing agent, brought his wife, and she and I ended up having a heartfelt prayer together right there at the walkthrough. 🙏🏽✨ It was such a powerful and beautiful reminder that real estate is about so much more than houses, contracts, and keys. 📝🔑

Sometimes it’s about faith, timing, people, purpose, and God’s redirection. ❤️🙌🏽✨

💫🔥🏡MY MILLION DOLLAR MAY! 🏡🔥💫

Over $1,000,000 under contract in one month! 🙌🏾📈🏠

The month of May 2026 was NOT luck!!! It was grind. It was grit. It was focus. It was early mornings, late nights, long days with no rest, it was 17 hour work days, 119 hrs worked per week = nonstop phone calls, showings, negotiations, paperwork, problem-solving, and staying locked in even when I was tired. 😮‍💨💪🏾📲📝

There were nights I stayed up late making sure my buyers were taken care of. There were days I had to rearrange my schedule, move quickly, think fast, and give my clients my full attention because in real estate, timing matters and people are trusting you with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. 🏡🔑❤️

I’m proud of this one because I know what it took to get here. I know the sacrifices. I know the pressure. I know the prayers. I know the work that happened behind the scenes when nobody was watching. 🙏🏾✨

I also want to give a special thank you to my family for being flexible, patient, and understanding while I spent the majority of my time focused on my buyers this month.
