I've been quiet on social media for a bit (okay, months)... but not because I've been slowing down. Blessings Farmhouse has had a great year, full of the sweetest guests, beautiful views, and a few fun updates. (Did you see our new indoor putting green?)

It's not too late to get away this year — we still have some 2026 availability.

October and November both have mid-week openings, and December is almost wide open, including Christmas and New Year's Eve.

If you've ever thought about hosting the whole family somewhere other than your own kitchen this holiday season, now's your chance! Our reviews often mention how well-equipped the kitchen is, even for family meals.

This spring I knew I wanted to refresh the basement.

I moved the toddler play items into the big playroom so the littles could play on a safe, cushioned floor. The projector moved into the basement bedroom to create a cozy theater room/bedroom (also a cool teen hangout space now). The basement basketball is right outside the theater room — already a favorite spot for the whole family.

That left one open nook in the basement.

I had a few fun ideas for it — all of which some people might call over the top (looking at you, hubby). Around that time, our family stayed at a home in Tennessee with mini golf outside. It was SO NICE to have amenities on site and not have to go into town if we didn't want to. We already have a lot of fun amenities at Blessings Farmhouse, but that trip got me thinking about golf... and if I'm honest, I'm always brainstorming ways to make a guest's stay even better.

A few weeks later, our contractor stopped by and in passing shared that his family had just taken a trip several states away completely for golf.

That sealed the deal.

Meet the newest guest-favorite update at Blessings Farmhouse: a putting green. Like the rest of the Farmhouse, it's designed to cultivate family time together, with putters for everyone from toddler to adult.

True relaxation happens here, and it's hard to even put the feeling into words.

The moms take a deep breath and settle in on the porch. The dads and teens head down to the pond to fish. The kids run wild in the yard, squealing and burning off every last bit of energy… and then everyone comes back together for dinner around the table, s'mores by the firepit, and a family game night full of laughter.

This is what fills your cup. This is how the best family memories get made, in our little slice of Brown County heaven.
