I live and work closely in University Place, Fircrest, Gig Harbor, West Tacoma, and North Tacoma. I spend my time all up and down the 1-5 corridor from Seattle to Olympia and often find myself inland along 167 in Puyallup, Graham, Orting, Sumner, Milton, Bonney Lake, and Yelm. I have experience working with USDA no down payment loans, Home Partners of America Rent-to-Own, and FHA loans with Washington Down Payment Assistance. I also have experience helping with refinancing homes and connecting renters with rental properties. Through my extensive referral network I have access to dozens of local professionals, anything from a hairdresser or daycare to landscapers and roofing specialists. I take pride in my referrals and personally vet them through my community connections to ensure their standards of quality meet mine. I attend movies in the park, fairs, festivals, and community and church functions. I enjoy spending time with my daughter and husband at the Fircrest Community Center and Pool, the Morgan Family YMCA, the Puyallup Fair (various functions throughout the year) and enjoy camping, hiking, and fishing in the beautiful Washington National Parks.
