Inventory is on the rise and so are interest rates as we are slowing shifting towards a balanced market. What does that mean for buyers and sellers in the Portland Metro area?

- For buyers, houses are staying on the market a little longer, inventory is increasing, competition is slowing and prices are coming down. This is providing buyers with more negotiation power and conditions when submitting offers.

For sellers, it is still a Seller's market. The low inventory is playing to your advantage but before you put your house on the market.

July Market Stats are in! For Buyers, inventory is increasing and the median sale price has decreased by $4K since June. We haven't seen prices drop in awhile and this is giving Buyers more purchasing power. Interested in making a move, let's chat!
