📉 Down a little from August, and 1.7% from last year
🏠 More homes for sale than last September

✨ Homes over $1 million are still up 18% this year 😴 Last full week of September got quiet. Fewer people went under contract.

Thursday got away from me, so this is the post.

Took Tom and Jerry out. They do not care what the housing market is doing. I do, a little.

Houston going into the last part of the year is kind of two markets. In the middle, buyers finally have more homes to look at and a little more time. At the higher end, it has been busier than the rest of the market all year.

I will put the actual numbers up tomorrow. Tonight is just the part of the day that keeps me normal.

He’s BACK! 🐾❤️🙏

If you know Jerry, you know he never sits still. Jumping, running, playing — that’s who he’s always been.

Two weeks ago that suddenly stopped. He was in pain and could barely sit or stand. We spent two heartbreaking days at an emergency clinic in Sugar Land with no answers.

We made the decision to take him to Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialists ( Gulf Coast Veterinary Specialist ) Hospital. From the moment we walked in, we had hope. They figured it out, operated on Sunday, and saved him.

Two weeks of crate rest, the cone, and zero jumping later… Today the doctor said he’s cleared.

Today he jumped back into the truck like nothing ever happened.

Jerry is home. Tom & Jerry are whole again.

Thank you to everyone who prayed, checked in, and gave us grace these past two weeks. It meant everything.

Now… let this boy run. 🐶❤️
