Everybody wants growth.
Nobody wants to do the boring stuff that actually works.

3 things I see people skipping every day:

1. Speed > perfection.
Reply fast. Move fast. Waiting for perfect is how you lose.

2. Your words suck.
Stop using corporate jargon. Talk like a human. Be clear. Be real.

3. People are confused.
If your offer isn’t simple, they’re out. Clarity = trust.

This isn’t complicated.
It’s just work.

10 Brutal (but freeing) Truths About Life That Most People Learn Too Late

1. No one’s coming to save you.
The faster you accept that, the faster you’ll start building your own ladder.

2. Most people aren’t thinking about you.
They’re too busy thinking about themselves. So stop playing small.

3. Your comfort zone is a cage.
It’s decorated nicely. But it’s still a prison.

4. Your excuses are lying to you.
Time, money, kids, background, fear—it’s all noise. You’ll make a way if you have to. So make it a must.

5. Nobody cares how hard it is.
They care if you showed up anyway.

6. Kindness is underrated.
Be the person who sends the text. Makes the intro. Gives a damn. That’s legacy.

7. Success doesn’t feel like fireworks.
It feels like boring consistency. Over time. Without claps.

8. You don’t need more motivation.
You need better habits and less scrolling.

It’s been a while. I’ve been up to some juicy stuff that I finally wanted to share with you.

You know I have a thirst for learning and trying new s**t.

I put AI on my vision board—because you know I’m the master at manifesting. And then, all of a sudden, I was enrolled in the Artificial Intelligence program at Purdue University, working on my Master’s degree.

Now I own an AI consulting business. We do workshops, AI policy, trainings—all the things.

I saw an opportunity to do something to help people. AI, as depicted in this picture, levels the playing field. It can take someone who’s tech-challenged and make them average—or even a rock star.

That’s what attracted me to it.

I’m here for it.

Happy Friday!!
We recently closed on this home in Indianapolis with the use of a private lender. The sellers took great care of this one owner home and we are excited to take the torch from them and make it a home for a new family
