She wants to sell the house. She just has no idea how to sell it like this.
We walked a property in front Royal, Virginia with a homeowner who had rented it to the same tenants for years.
When they finally moved out, she couldn’t believe what was left behind
Most of the contents were still there. An RV was abandoned in the backyard.
Mice. Cockroaches. Fleas. And cat urine so severe that it appears to have penetrated the hardwood and reached the subfloor.
We may never know what someone else was going through or why the property was left this way.
But now the homeowner is going through something too!
She knows she wants to sell. She just doesn’t know where to begin.
