Just wait until the end 🫣
When most people walk into a house like this, they see a lost cause.
We see potential.
Hoarder houses are some of the most challenging projects we take on—not just because of what’s inside, but because you can’t truly evaluate the home until everything has been cleared out.
There could be solid hardwood floors hiding under the clutter... or there could be major structural, plumbing, or electrical issues that have gone unnoticed for years.
That’s why every project starts the same way: clear the home, inspect everything, make a plan, and only then begin the renovation.
It’s definitely not the glamorous side of real estate investing, but giving a home a second chance is one of the most rewarding parts of what we do.
