Today I drove 2 hours round trip to meet with a homeowner and help him make sense of an offer he received. We sat down, broke down the numbers, and looked at the bigger picture.
After walking through the numbers, it became clear that selling his home could leave him in a position where he couldn’t afford to rent with his current income and the net proceeds from the sale.
That’s not an easy conversation to have, but it’s an important one.
Sometimes I put a lot of time, miles, and work into helping someone and never make a dime. And honestly? That’s okay.
Because to me, this business has never been just about the paycheck. It’s about people. It’s about making sure they understand their options, helping them make informed decisions, and looking out for their best interests—even when that means advising them not to sell.
I believe every act of kindness, every honest conversation, and every time we choose to put someone else first is a seed planted in the ground. We may not see the harvest today, but that doesn’t mean the seed was wasted.
I want to build my business on relationships, trust, and doing what’s right—not just on transactions.
Love always wins. ❤️
