6 years in real estate this month….

Started with a real estate degree and got into the business not really knowing exactly what it would turn into, just knew I wanted to be in it and figure it out.

Over time I’ve been able to build a strong understanding not just of buying and selling, but also the financial side of things. My time working at banks helped me see how deals are looked at from a lending perspective, and how to think through numbers, expenses, and long term investment decisions.

That’s been huge when helping clients, especially when it comes to investment properties, understanding costs, and even thinking through property management side of things.

Every deal is different and there’s always something to figure out, which is honestly what keeps it interesting for me.

I appreciate everyone who has trusted me, referred me, or even just reached out with questions over the years. It doesn’t go unnoticed.

Excited to share that my buyers are officially under contract on this lot and will be building their future home here in North Streams.

Right now it may just look like dirt and utilities going in… but in a few months this will be the site of a brand new custom home!
