What can I say about this beautiful, new construction home on 1.38 acres with no HOA?? How about...YES PLEASE!!

The popular Beckham floorplan offers over 3000 heated square feet and a 3 car garage in a country setting but still not far from downtown Conway.

To Be Built...this home has already been expertly designed by our design team but there is still time to make some changes before construction starts.

The time to act is now because once construction starts this home will get a lot of interest. Everyone loves this floorplan! Listed at $849,900.

Reach out with any questions or for more detailed information.
