Multiple offers within the first week and sold over asking price, but it’s not just about the numbers. This home held years of memories, milestones, laughter, and love. It was the place a family gathered, where holidays were celebrated, and where a father and mother built a lifetime of memories.

Now, it’s time for a new chapter.
Helping a daughter navigate the sale of her mom’s home as she transitioned into a living situation better suited for her health was a reminder that real estate is so much more than buying and selling houses.

It’s about helping people through life’s biggest changes with compassion, patience, and care.

Because the seller lives out of state, my goal was to take as much off her plate as possible so she could focus on what mattered most...being there for her mom instead of worrying about a house hundreds of miles away.

I’m honored that this family trusted me through such an emotional process. Together, we received multiple offers and accepted one over the asking price, a wonderful outcome that will help make this next stage a little easier.

To the next family who will call this place home, I hope it brings you as much joy as it did the last.

Here’s to honoring the past, embracing change, and finding peace in the next chapter. ❤️
