and click the green button at the top to "Subscribe for Updates". There is also information on the page for safety precautions to take WHEN they open up the area to us.
There are RULES on vehicle passes. Bring a Utility Bill, your Move-Out Statement, or any one of the other documents they list on the website to get a vehicle pass.

ON WEDNESDAY, AUG. 30, WE WILL MAIL TO YOUR LAST KNOWN ADDRESS YOUR MOVE-OUT STATEMENT AND PARTIAL RENT REFUND. THIS IS YOUR MONEY.

WE HAVE NOT HEARD ANY OFFICIAL APPROVAL OF RESIDENTS BEING ALLOWED TO RETURN TO THE APARTMENT PROPERTY.

Please dont forget to pick-up your move-out statements and funds. It has been a WEEK since the wildfires and we are proud to have these in your hands so quickly. Also, we could not make arrangements with the authorities to get resident access to the property, including the motorcycle, bikes and car there. :-(
It is just not possible or safe at this time. The folks we spoke with were very kind and very understanding. Public Announcements will be made when it is our turn to return.

Yesterday, we sent a text and email blast to all residents of our 3 affected properties with details on the next steps we are taking to help you. If you did not get a text or email, please email us at [email protected] with your (a) name and apartment number; (b) updated email and mobile number; (c) updated temporary address (temp or permanent) good through September 30. We are posting pictures (below this post) so some of you can see that your vehicle may have survived the wildfires or, if it has been destroyed, to help you begin your auto insurance claim process.
