As an avid outdoorsman, he began at an early age to spend most of his days with his brother Robert, out of doors where they climbed trees, dug in the banks of the canal nearby, rode bicycles on the dirt roads of the small city of Denver while camping out most of the summer. It was during those days that a deep sense and value of real estate began to permeate his life. After being drafted into the Army while at CSU he managed the Medical Lab at Camp Zama in Japan. He proudly served his country during the Viet Nam era. After returning to the states went back to college where he took all the real estate courses available at that time. He began his illustrious career where and assisted all manner of people from young couples to those retiring while addressing the many challenges that they face in the realm of real estate. Bill has braved the storms and cycles of real estate.
