In 2011, Chapman-Richards Cares was formed as a corporate advised fund at the Community Foundation of Utah, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization. As REALTORS®, we value the great community where we live and work and this organization serves to support many of the worthy causes helping people locally. Our organization is funded primarily from donations made by our agents throughout the year. However, w
e have been fortunate to receive many substantial donations from affiliate agencies, as well as from some of our buyers and sellers. Lenders, title companies, home inspectors, and others in the Salt Lake City area have supported our efforts both financially and by volunteering on our projects. Chapman-Richards Cares has given grants totaling over $200,000 and donated countless volunteer hours to worthy local organizations, with our primary focus on housing and medical care for low income families. Some of the organizations that we have supported include:
The Maliheh Clinic, The Hope Clinic, Eagle Ranch Ministries, Family Support Center/LifeStart Village, KidsEat, The INN Between, East High School, The Road Home, Volunteers of America, The Other Side Academy, and Tennis & Tutoring.
