James Childers, the company's broker, is a native of Hindman, Kentucky, and has 33 years of experience in auctions sales throughout eastern and central Kentucky. Johnie Green, the company's principle auctioneer, is a Magoffin County native and, along with Childers, has 27 years of experience auctioneering throughout Kentucky. Brock Childers, the son of James Orbin Childers, is a 4th generation auctioneer, a licensed sales associate and an associate appraiser in eastern Kentucky. This company is dedicated to providing quality auction and real estate services to central and eastern Kentucky. We take pride in establishing a personal relationship with each client and base that relationship upon honesty, hard work, and great communication.
