Mama would you try this with your kids? 🥰

My 3 & 4 year old get so excited to “cook” with me.
Not perfect, not clean… just real life, laughter, and little hands learning something new.

We made the easiest breakfast together:
🍌 Banana slices
🍓 Strawberry yogurt
🥜 Peanut butter (optional)
🌈 Sprinkles for fun

They dip, they decorate, they taste everything along the way 😂
And I just watch them explore… textures, flavors, and their own creativity.

Then we freeze it overnight… and in the morning it feels like they’re eating ice cream 🍦 but it’s actually something healthy.

For me, it’s not just about the food…
It’s about the time together, the memories, and letting them learn through doing.

If you’re a mama… try it. Let them get messy. It’s so worth it 💛

If you grew up eating it… it doesn’t mean your kids are eating the same thing.

We keep comparing today’s food to what we had as kids… but it’s not the same anymore.

The recipes changed.
The ingredients changed.
The processing changed.

What used to be simple is now loaded with additives, artificial colors, preservatives, and industrial seed oils our grandparents never even heard of.

So when someone says, “I ate that and I’m fine”…
Are we really talking about the same product?

This isn’t about fear.
It’s about awareness.

Our kids’ bodies are developing. Their brains, their hormones, their immune systems. What we normalize today becomes their foundation tomorrow.

Read labels. Ask questions. Choose better when you can.
Not from obsession — from love. 🤍

Hearing the laughter.

This wasn’t your typical wedding lol The stories, the laughter, our uncle that married us was so happy and nervous tha called me Cindy instead of Sandy lol 🤣 now I have a new nickname 😉🤣 .. I just wanted to kiss my groom and started going off my vows lol 🤣 We had signs the whole day from God; with a little rain 🌧️ just during our vows and then stopped for the whole day.. i also had a butterfly 🦋 standing in my wedding dress.. these signs have so many meanings but definitely Being surrounded by our family and friends was our biggest blessing: more in such a beautiful place, it felt surreal and the party and hora loca was out of this world as well! 🕺🏻💃🏻 literately the best day of our lives!! This is your sign to get that wedding! Feeling so Grateful to see a sneak a peace of the wedding because we were so nervous didn’t noticed many details 🤪.. just felt every second immensely and felt the precense of God in that special day.

So I love with my husband, our kids and the beautiful people that surround us! Thank you to all because u made this weekend unforgettable! 🙏❤️

Because yes — doing it for them is faster.
It’s easier.
