For various reasons, our house was such that it was not going to sell unless we found the right hard-to-find buyer. To find that person, we needed a realtor that could market it in a way that generated traffic. We saw William Shaddock at open houses and saw that he has a system that draws a lot of interest. Despite the terrible state of the market, he did just that for us and we found a buyer. List to close in was 40 days when the average closure that month had been on the market for 75 days. On top of that, he was ultra professional and honest making a difficult process easy. I strongly recommend him.

If you grew up in Houston , you probably got addicted to Droubi's food and bakery like I did for decades and decades. An absolute mainstay and facet in the diamond that is old Houston restaurant culture.

I am honored to have been asked to be a small part of the legacy and sell the main bakery and adjacent property together. 🙌

You never know who is looking for something like this and with all of us being one or two degrees of separation from everybody else , it would not be surprising if someone in my friend's group knew somebody who was looking for something just like this.
