I’m excited to officially introduce myself as a Land Specialist with Whitetail Properties serving North Central Michigan.

As a lifelong Northern Michigan resident, CPA, and landowner, I’ve always had a passion for rural property, wildlife habitat, agriculture, and land stewardship. From hunting land and timber tracts to farmland, waterfront, and recreational properties, land ownership often represents far more than acreage alone — it’s investment, legacy, and lifestyle.

My background in accounting, land management, and habitat improvement allows me to help clients understand both the property itself and the long-term financial considerations that come with owning land.

I’m incredibly grateful for the support from friends, family, clients, and the community as I continue building business with the Jeff Chilman, Land Team.

If you or someone you know is considering buying or selling land in Northern Michigan, I’d love the opportunity to connect.
