What a turn of events. What do you think when you see this Stat? From just 2-3 years ago, Anacortes had a 2.3 month supply in 2023, growing ever since to 5.9 today in 2026. Months supply of inventory means, if every house on the market were to sell, it would take 6 months.

Riding the momentum from 2025, I’m setting my sights on an even stronger 2026, delivering results, building lasting relationships, and going above and beyond for my clients. Check out this painting I commissioned for one of my recent closing clients, it’s a little reminder that exceptional service extends beyond closing day. Let’s make this year incredible 💪💯👏

🎉 John L. Scott Anacortes Client Appreciation Event & Food Drive🎉

I, along with my fellow brokers here at John L. Scott Anacortes, am so grateful for the wonderful people we’ve had the privilege to work with over the years.

Your trust, support, and friendship have meant the world to us, and we want to celebrate you! In addition to celebrating you, we also want to provide an opportunity to give back to our community.

Let’s come together to celebrate gratitude and make a positive impact for our community as a whole. We’ll be collecting non-perishable food donations for the Salvation Army, and if you’re able, we’d love for you to bring an item to help support those in need.

📅 Date: Wednesday, November 13th
📍 Location: Seafarers Memorial Building

Join us for the celebration! Donations are welcome but not required.

✨ Event Highlights:

* Complimentary pie for each guest (must be reserved in advance)
* Fall-themed photo backdrop for families & clients 📸
* Refreshments will be provided ☕

Choosing a Realtor is not an easy task. Skill, experience, diligence and accountability are not easy traits to fully evaluate. But consider the benefits of working with a realtor with 20 years experience in residential, commercial, multi-family and investing.

Yesterday, I had the opportunity to attend the City of Anacortes 2025 Update meeting. Featured speakers included city planner John Coleman, Mayor Miller, Island Health CEO Elise Cutter, and Port of Anacortes CEO Brett Greenwood. It was exciting to learn about the city’s plans to improve the community through street overlays, bike paths, accessible ramps, and Anacortes Hospital’s M&O levy proposal. I’m thrilled to be part of such an amazing community and look forward to seeing these improvements come to life!
