Had some recent investment property purchases that are Sold and Rented!! Great interest rates and rising rents could mean it’s still a good time to consider investing!

Got to hand out these fun gifts from Idaho Journee to clients and friends recently. Jennifer’s adorable shop in Emmett has only items made in the USA and highlights many Idaho artisans. Love supporting this small business and the many others who have goods in her store. I had a client closing gift, renter welcome gift, and friend care package all completely made up of things from Idaho Journee. It’s definitely worth the drive!
