for those of you in the green valley area, cox is working at the corner robindale and pecos.And this was their note to me this morning as we have no internet or cable since yesterday about two p m.

Sorry to see that the concerns have taken so long to properly address causing you to miss yesterday's Derby. Findings by techs onsite note that they are finding an optical feed cable damaged by some underground crews working in the area. Unlike standard copper lines in our network. Optical cables are much harder to splice in. As they have to do it a fiber at a time. With finding a signal to your equipment. It's possible that a reboot of the equipment may help with restoring a connection. Even though we do have an outage posted and addressed. Although we cannot provide a restoration time on full restoration of the service.
