This position would be full time. W2. We are still looking into healthcare and benefits for our employees so it’s possible they exist in the near future.
The expectation would be in the office at least 9am-5:30pm Monday-Friday
We are open and flexible with vacation time, family, and time off depending on your situation
Starting pay around $40,000 - $60,000 per year (hourly + bonuses) but possibly more with room to grow and advance. (The last person who did this job is around $100,000 a year now)
We are looking for someone who is sociable and great at customer service, while also being competent and conscientious.
We are looking for someone who makes logical decisions while paying close attention to detail.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Communication and documentation with customers
- Communication and problem solving with title companies
- Document creation and paperwork
- Accountability leadership with the sales team, dispositions, title company, lenders, and customers
- Communication and coordination with finances and lenders
-1 Year of Transaction Coordination Preferred
-Requirements: Car, Cell Phone, Laptop, Willingness to go through a background check
