What goes around comes around! 🔑 I helped Chris and Megan buy this home before COVID, and after a few kids, a renovation, and years of memories, it was time for their next chapter.

Now they’re heading back to Arizona for some sunnier weather and a new adventure. ☀️

🍂 SOLD in Ridgefield!

Paul and Rhonda were referred my way to help sell a family member’s home, and with them living on the East Coast, they needed someone local to take the lead on getting the property ready for market before the weather turned.

We got everything lined up, tackled the updates, and brought it to market with a smooth process from start to finish. This was one of those projects that reminds me how rewarding this business can be, especially when you can take a lot off someone’s plate from miles away.

Ray and Cathee were referred to me by a friend from my hometown of Spokane, and after nearly two decades in this NE Vancouver home, it was time for their next chapter.

They’re heading south to be closer to their kids and grandkids, trading the rain for the cacti. 🌵

This was genuinely one of the most beautiful and well cared for homes I’ve had the privilege of marketing. I may have even thought about buying it myself a time or two.

The new homeowner happens to be a NASA engineer, so I’d say the house landed in some pretty capable hands. 🚀
