Compass announced its second quarter 2025 earnings results recently – the best quarterly results in our company’s history, marked by 10 all-time quarterly highs across the business! Compass agents closed $78.3 billion in sales volume and 73,025 transactions, an increase of 20.9% year-over-year, while transactions for the overall market decreased by 0.9% – meaning Compass outpaced the market by around 22%. Compass also grew quarterly market share to 6.09%, up .96% year-over-year, the highest increase in company history. Proud to be a part of these record-breaking highs!

🏡 June Market Snapshot: Median home prices are up slightly year-over-year, while inventory levels reached a 6+ year high. Sales volume showed its first annual increase since January, but fewer homes sold above asking—and price reductions hit a 7-year high. Buyer activity remains steady, with 59% of homes going into contract within a month. Mortgage rates held steady just under 7%, and consumer confidence is slowly improving despite ongoing uncertainty.
