Roland has a passion for helping the Veteran community with everything from mental health, and receiving their benefits, to Real Estate, and teaching them financial literacy / helping them learn the power of money. Roland comes from a background serving 15 years in the United States Marine Corps. Upon retiring, he transitioned into Real Estate where he found a huge need for exceptional service to Veterans. Through his journey he built Romeo Echo, a real estate company dedicated to serving those who have served. He then created Operation Jump 22 an annual skydiving event spearheading the mental health fight with Merging Vets & Players for Veterans across America. Roland’s most recent project has been creating a Financial Firm with The Milliare Group to teach Financial Literacy throughout the Veteran Community.

To say that I’m proud of this dude is an understatement. Today is officially his one year mark of being licensed.
In his first year in real estate, he’s helped 15 families buy and sell their homes . And he’s fine so while exemplifying our core values like “Do the right thing, Be Selfless, Serve”
Daily.
Oh yeah he’s also an Active Duty Marine working beyond full time in that career.

Like many of you, I’ve struggled with losing weight. But not just losing weight, keeping the weight off. I’m not going to post a before & after pic because it would be a : before, after, then after I put the weight back on, then when I put some more weight on, you get it. The problem was I was always looking for “the fix” , what diet was gonna help me lose the weight the quickest. That was not sustainable, hence the rollercoaster weight gain effect.
It wasn’t until I really figured it all out …that was when I was able to keep the weight of for good. What was the secret??? DISCIPLINE
Discipline and Consistency. Diets will only work temporarily, Discipline with consistency makes the change a way of life. And that’s what it HAS TO BE.
At the best shape of my life, I was at 12% body fat. At the beginning of this year when I was writing out my goals, I started at 19%. It was one of my goals to get to 10. Well we’re here in June almost halfway through the year and I’m at 11%. I will finish this month at my goal of 10% in the best shape of my life. Not because of a diet, but because of consistency.
All you have to do is make a decision. Every day try and be just a little bit better than you were the day before.
WIN each day and that will build momentum that turns to consistency. That in turn will develop a new way of life for you.

Appreciate you bro! My dude is doing unseen work in the lives of our veterans daily. He uses his platform to tell the stories of many of our nations heroes. Stories that would have never been told. Stories that other Vets can hear and relate to, knowing that others are still in the trenches just like themselves, dealing with the intangible battle scars that come from military service. 🤘🏽🇺🇸
