We will point out as many things as we can during our initial viewing of any home. If you still want to buy a home after we tear it apart, then I guess we're in business. Our job as your realtor is to guide you, and tell you the true facts albeit good, bad or ugly. That's what a real realtor does. We approach our business the way we would want someone to sell us a car or help us with our financial

affairs. Buying or Selling a Home doesn't have to be a difficult task when you have the "right" people assisting you with either of the two processes. We know how tough the process can be at times. That's one of the reasons we got into the business. We wanted to make sure that some of the things that transpired during each of our own experiences (selling and buying) didn't happen to others. While no transaction goes perfectly smoothly (and surprising, some do), you will know that we will be with you every step of the way. We will answer all of your questions to the best of our ability, and if we don't know the answer to a question (which rarely is the case), we won't be afraid to tell you that. We will do what we have to, to get the answer you need. As the team leader (Yolie), coming from a 24 year history of being in the legal field, I have to tell you that it truly has helped me to make sure that my clients are protected, and that is taught to each team member religiously. Our client(s) are protected in every aspect of a deal. We truly care about our clients, and our philosophy is that we are a friend first before establishing that agent/client relationship. Listening to the needs of our clients is the first and foremost important aspect of our business. We consider our clients "friends for life" and one of the reasons our slogan is "Converting Transactions Into Relationships". That's how we expand our business! One of the attorneys I worked for years ago, always told me that you should treat your client's as YOU would want to be treated, and I have always taken that to heart, and have adhered to that through this very date albeit in my legal profession or real estate relationships. Our commitment to you, our client, is to treat you with absolute respect, integrity and honesty. We hope to establish a relationship that will last for years, and most importantly, assist you with all your real estate needs, one home at a time.
