Construction is officially underway for the new Olive Garden at High Desert Gateway in the City of Hesperia, CA.

CM CORP has broken ground on the project, marking the next step toward bringing Olive Garden’s first Hesperia location to the center.

The project adds to the continued growth at High Desert Gateway and along Hesperia’s Main Street corridor.

Construction is moving full speed ahead at Fairview Plaza in The City of Vallejo, CA. The Costco warehouse envelope is nearly complete, fuel station infrastructure is installed. Shops 1 and 2 foundations are 90% complete, while framing is underway on Shops 1. Costco opens November 6, 2026, with the fuel station opening late October. The rest of the center follows in the first quarter of 2027.

Anchored by Costco, NorthBay Healthcare, Wells Fargo, and Raising Cane's, Fairview Plaza is shaping up to be a major addition to Vallejo, CA.

17,343 SF of retail space is now available for lease at Central Park Plaza in Rancho Cucamonga, CA, located at the signalized intersection of Base Line Rd & Milliken Ave.

The center is anchored by Ralphs, with Carl's Jr., KFC, Subway, Baskin Robbins, Mountain Mike's Pizza, YogaSix, and Pacific Dental among the tenant lineup. It generates more than 1.5 million visits per year inside the 1,320-acre Terra Vista community, home to nearly 8,000 households.

The former drugstore layout and parking ratio suit a family entertainment concept, fitness studio, medical/dental group, or large-format specialty retailer.

Great community events do not happen because of one person or one team. They come together through shared planning, strong partnerships and a commitment to creating meaningful experiences for residents.

National Night Out at The Preserve at Chino was a great example.
The Preserve at Chino is a multifaceted master-planned community that includes neighborhoods built by multiple homebuilders, Homecoming at The Preserve Apartments - Chino, CA, Town Center at The Preserve, schools, parks and resort-style amenities.

Bringing these different parts of the community together required thoughtful coordination among FirstService Residential California, the Homecoming event team, the City of Chino - Government , City of Chino Police Departmentcedept and Fire, participating Town Center tenants and, most importantly, residents.

This is placemaking in action. It is not only about developing great places. It is also about building the partnerships that help those places become connected communities.

Soccer Wearhouse.com, a specialty retailer with multiple Southern California locations, has signed a lease at Hamner Place in City of Eastvale, CA. The new location will bring a wide selection of soccer equipment, apparel, and accessories to the local community.

Hamner Place is a 143,700-square-foot neighborhood shopping center at Schleisman Road and Hamner Avenue. The center features an established mix of national and regional retailers and sits near SilverLakes Sports Complex, a major regional destination attracting more than 1.7 million visitors annually.

The Collection in Ontario, CA continues to grow.

The Angry Chickz has officially opened its doors at The Collection in the City of Ontario, California - Government

This 96,000 SF center, anchored by Stater Bros. Markets, sits at Fourth Street and Haven Avenue, benefiting from strong visibility, vehicle traffic counts, and a daytime population of 203,467 jobs in a five-mile radius.

The addition of Angry Chickz continues to strengthen an already dynamic tenant lineup, bringing new concepts to the area.
