This is why you should be very careful when installing screws or nails into the wall! The story is the previous Owner wanted to hang a large mirror. They installed the screws and as soon as they hung the mirror on the screws they arched on the metal hanging wire. Apparently they hit a wire in the wall with at least one of the screws. Moral of the story...you should have a voltage sniffer, or a stud finder as part of your home toolbox.
