Diana does a great job of explaining National real estate stats. In short, there was a pop in sales when rates dipped in April. Inventory still remains low keeping prices elevated. Locally I have noticed that the Spring market started late this year due to global events and a long winter. Rates are lower than last year so activity should continue through summer if rates don't back track and go back up.
Still a great time to buy!
