Interestingly data remained somewhat steady from the past month, with some minor changes in price points and days on market. A trend showing a faster paced market last month. Looking ahead, inventory is starting to pick up significantly with post-spring break listings. Therefore, anticipate data to show more sales, lower days on market, and a high spread between listing and sales price (just a prediction).
