June data shows about the same amount of sales volume as May, but with listing and sales prices close to a 1:1 ratio. This is to be expected as listing prices adjust up to the new level of pricing from the Spring market and buyers using that same data to base their purchase price. Don’t be surprised if July data shows a lower number of transactions as we navigate the holiday and vacation month.

This beautiful home just sold at full asking price and will become a great start for the buyers who are moving to Columbus from out of town. The Sellers now turn the page to their new chapter and new home in Upper Arlington. It is bittersweet to say goodbye to one home and hello to the many future memories in a new one.
