Wow! I am putting this in my "feel good" folder. It was such a pleasure to help Shuai (a new Molecular Genetics Faculty member) and JJ find and buy this house. You have to have a lot of trust to buy a house and move to it without ever having seen it in person. The best thing was that Shuai told me it was even better than he thought. Ashley and Paul waited a year to come to Columbus from Washington State to look for a home. It was really crazy when they were looking but persevered and were able to get into a great house with lots of room for their family. It has been a real pleasure to help them.

I loved working with Rachel and learned a lot about some of the homes on the east side near downtown. It is a really up and coming neighborhood and Rachel was able to get a really great deal on a home in this area with an early aggressive offer that paid off. I wish her well cruising the cute coffee shops in the area now that she is vaccinated!!
