How’s the market? It depends! Price point and location are important facoties. Condition, pricing strategy, and even buyer psychology are playing a big role right now. Some homes are still moving quickly — especially if they’re turnkey and priced strategically — while others are sitting if they’re dated or chasing the market. It’s less about one “market” and more about understanding the micro-market your home sits in.
And even in the current interest rate climate, multiple offers and competing for homes is still a thing!

I’m no spring chicken anymore and having a toddler in my 40’s humbely reminds me EVERYDAY how quickly my physicality is becoming more fragile. Like, when I tweaked my knee getting up “wrong” 🤦‍♀️. And when I get up in the mornings and there’s at least a solid 5 minutes of moans and groans as I try to uncrumple my tight muscles and joints. Did you know though that VO2 max is one of the greatest and most measurable indicators to longevity?? I didn’t until a few weeks ago. And did you know there is a fitness gym here locally where you can complete a VO2 max test?? I won’t lie… it’s not easy. BUT you will gain such amazing insight on your body’s current cardio efficiency and heart health and from there they will help you formulate a plan so you don’t work out to little or too hard but exactly where your body is most optimal. It’s amazing!! And yes, there is such a thing as working out too hard. These experts can tell you more about it. Thank you team! Looking forward to putting this tired momma back together again.
