I have wanted to make this post for a few days and was unsure of the backlash..but here it goes. I have been a Realtor for a year and this really bothers me. This house was purchased by a Cash for Your House Company for $125,000. You know them, Pay no Fees, no Commissions blah blah blah. I worked this home for the Estate Sale so I was in it several times. The home was then listed for $199,999 by a Realtor.

The Home sold for $230,000. That's a $105,000 profit for doing nothing to the home. Yes, they paid a commission but only 6% tops. = $13,800.

I am not knocking the owner or the buyer. I am merely saying that if you have a home that needs work reach out to a REALTOR!

This is proof that a Realtor can and will get you more money for your home no matter what the condition is!
