Honored to celebrate the retirement of a client who has become a friend.

After 50 years of public service — serving in the United States Army, the Metro Police Department, and the State Department/Federal Government — his impact on so many people is undeniable.

I knew Mr. Charles was a hard worker, but hearing the stories and tributes from his family and friends gave me an even deeper appreciation for the incredible life and career he built.

It was a privilege to be invited to celebrate with him and his family.

🏡✨ Today was truly special! I had the pleasure of visiting my client Alice and her family at their brand new home in Nairobi, Kenya 🇰🇪

Alice had this stunning home built with the profit she earned when I sold her home in Upper Marlboro, Maryland 🏠💼

The craftsmanship here is impressive — solid construction and beautiful design, honestly better than most new builds I’ve seen in the U.S. 🔨💎

This home would be worth nearly two million dollars if it was built in the USA/DMV.

She raises her own chickens, grows her own vegetables, avocados, and bananas 

We shared a traditional Kenyan home-cooked lunch from get garden, sipped Kenyan tea, and even played a friendly game of croquet with the younger family members.

Such a wonderful reminder of what’s possible when smart real estate moves meet big dreams! 🌍❤️
