Incase you missed it, my lender partner and I had a lunch time live yesterday discussing some current real estate trends going on in the real estate market amongst millennials right now:
1️⃣ Friends pooling financial resources to purchase their first home together despite rising home prices and being burdened by student debt
2️⃣ Millennials purchasing small multi-units to offset housing expenses and supplement income
As a collective, millennials are the largest share of buyers in the market right now and that looks different for all of us. Creative financing isn't a new topic, but as we discussed during this session sometimes there is a mindset shift that needs to happen in order for you to reach your homeowership goals.
