Closing Day ✨

A little over a year ago, in October 2024, I was out canvassing a neighborhood, placing flyers on doorknobs — planting seeds and trusting the process.

One of those flyers ended up in the hands of someone very familiar… my former landlord from 2015–2017.

They later reached out to me on Facebook to help sell their condo — the very same home I once lived in.

This journey wasn’t without challenges. We discovered the condo’s delinquency rate was above Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac guidelines, which limited our buyer pool. Instead of stopping there, I dug deeper, identified the right type of buyer needed, and shifted the marketing strategy.

Within one week of making that pivot — we secured an offer.

Today’s closing is bittersweet. I had the privilege of helping sell a place that holds so many personal memories for me.

Years ago, they trusted me as a tenant.
This time, they trusted me to guide them through the sale of their home.

Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it.
