WOW 29 what can I say?!…from last year only being able to eat crabs with my Godfather in his backyard pool for my 28th bday in the middle of a Pandemic which was the same year I had to stay at home with my parents for several months and wayyy longer than I ever anticipated Plus
losing almost $30k in re sales commissions in Feb/March2020 mainly due to Covid….To NOW, being able to have a 3day bday vaca in Puerto Rico and living and celebrating life on my own terms, not to mention breaking my own personal real estate career sales record by putting 3 homes under contract in a month(June), to also accepting an Account Executive role at a Real Estate FinTech company called Landis which allows me to work with my fellow Agent and Lender peers to offer a true Rent-To-Own solution since Landis successfully raised $300MM and will buy homes CASH on a qualified applicants behalf until they qualify for a mortgage of their own… All I say is thank you 🙏🏾and all I can be is Humble🧘🏾‍♂️. This is truly MY year and 29/TwentyGRIND to me means that life won’t stop nor slow down so why should I?💪🏾😤

Throw Back Thursday to my very First Flip. I actually had to renovate this property TWICE because I did what’s called a “Pre-Occupancy Agreement” which is when you allow the buyers to move into the new home you see renovated here BEFORE taking ownership (in other words actually paying for it😪) just to find out the Loan Officer was full $h*t and they never qualified for the mortgage in the first place😓 all while the “buyers/nowrenters” stayed in the property for 2 more months and destroyed the home🤦🏾‍♂️. However it was a great learning experience and I still made $22k off it🤷🏾‍♂️ BUT this is why you should always use a great Realtor and Loan Officer when Purchasing a home. Could you imagine if I had no experience taking on this type of project?😬...welllll technically I didn’t and I paid greatly for it financially but hey what can I say I do Now🤗. Let my Loses be YOUR Lessons and
