🎙️My second podcast interview ever was AMAZING!

And unlike the first show I was on as a guest I WILL share this one once it drops.

It went on for 2 hours and 5 minutes.

Whereas the first show I struggled to get to 1 hour and 45 minutes. And I actually had only a few days prep time for this one (asked on Friday evening and show was Tuesday night) whereas the first show I had a couple weeks to get ready.

🍺Just two guys kicking it talking about the fate of the country, how to correct it, and who’d be the best person to do it, you know? You can really see me think some things out on screen — and stand corrected at times.

So much goes on during a podcast interview.

But I’ll get better at it over time.

🌊 Flashback to that one time our team had a “Million Dollar Listing” on the Chesapeake Bay🏡💵💰 On a personal level, I’ve had my share of fun on the Maryland waters within the last year by kayaking. I don’t need to live on the water but as long as I’m not too far away from it then I’m okay.

In the Washington Nationals dugout in 2011 before real estate when I was a journalism intern and I briefly asked a few quick questions to Washington Nationals player Ryan Zimmerman. I still have the journalist skill set but I plan on using it in a different capacity.
