Alot of Ocean City Md homes and other homes all over Md are built above the level requiring flood insurance, But if you get a $475 FEMA Flood Survey done, you can get "flood Insurance" for very liittle $$$$$.(typically $300-600/year) It would be a WISE investment!!!
