▪️Realtor/Property Manager– Real estate is a hustle that demands sharp focus and stamina. Managing properties and people requires mental clarity, and that starts with how I treat my body.

▪️General Contractor – Building a legacy with Khary for our sons means I have to be in this for the long haul, and that starts with my health today.

Real talk

Perimenopause. Nobody prepares you for this phase. You just start noticing things feel… off. Your energy, your mood, your body — and you can’t always explain why.
