This transaction represents months of preparation, prayer, and trusting the process.

I met my seller in June, and she officially listed with me on 10/21/2025. She wanted the home sold immediately, and I had to stay grounded in the comps and price strategically for a changing market.

We went active on 12/01/2025, and the home was on the market for 17 days.
An offer was submitted on 12/17/2025, my seller signed, and we reached a major milestone — a ratified contract.

Today, 01/16/2026, we officially CLOSED. 🏡✅
