This client of mine really transformed the appearance with an amazing landscaping update. Removed the bad and replaced with the simple and low maintenance plant/shrubs. Not everything needed to be brand new and that there were simple touches that could go a LOOOONG way.
In this , the BEFORE compared with the AFTER seems pretty drastic.
But if you look closer, actually just the vanity was painted, used some extra countertops from the granite that was used in the kitchen, used/cleaned the same windows, new toilet, and put in some relatively cost-effective tile for the floor and shower surround.
And it POPPED for the new buyers. The seller just made an easy $30k equity with about a $5k renovation.
