As a follow up to the Reel I posted this morning, this is an article written by Greg Hague… IN 2019!!! The article was written just after one of the commission class-action lawsuits was filed, and he mentioned it on our team call this morning. (Link in Bio).

Now nearly 5 years later, and on the eve of trial, Greg’s predictions appear to be coming true. His advice to other Realtors from back in 2019 has never been more relevant than now:
