After more than 140 years of history, this incredible landmark is beginning an exciting new chapter.

We're thrilled to share that the historic Piqua Edison Building is officially SOLD!
Congratulations to our sellers on a successful closing, and congratulations to the buyers as they take ownership of one of only four remaining Edison-era power station buildings in the United States.

We can't wait to watch this iconic building come back to life. With its rich history, prime downtown location, and incredible potential, we're excited to see the vision the new owners bring to this remarkable piece of Piqua's past.

A huge congratulations to my amazing buyers who are officially under contract!

Relocating is never easy, and these clients have gone above and beyond to make it happen. Between coordinating schedules, viewing homes from a distance, and thinking outside the box every step of the way, they've stayed positive, flexible, and focused on finding the right place to call home.

Buying a home is a team effort, and it's always rewarding to help clients navigate the challenges that come with a long-distance move. I'm so excited for this next chapter and can't wait to get them to the closing table!
