Christopher Logan, Howard Hanna Real Estate, The Crain Property Group

Real Estate is the perfect fit for me, and the next chapter in a promising long successful career, and achievement. Having lived a life of public service for more than 35 years, as a professional Fire Fighter, Paramedic, with the City of Urbana, Ohio. And soon to retire, my focus and hard work ethic continues to focus in community. My experience as a community servant has provided me with the skillset of being a great leader, listener, a problem solver as well as a great negotiator. As a licensed Real Estate Professional with Howard Hanna, I now have the opportunity to help clients with the largest business transaction of their lives: the purchase or sale of a home and property. I welcome the opportunity to discuss your Real Estate ideas or propositions-whether to list a property or to assist in finding the desired property for you to purchase or lease. A clear and concise market analysis is what you expect and I will work with integrity and confidence to insure your best interests. In my Real Estate experience I can honestly say that there are always hurdles to get over and challenges to be met along the way. There are also many entities that provide services during a Real Estate transaction and you need a Realtor that can negotiate and communicate effectively for you.
