Don’t let your builder’s one-year warranty expire without an inspection!

Your new home may look perfect, but after living in it for a year, you’ve had time to discover the little things you wouldn’t notice during your original inspection.

👀 In this home, we’re taking a closer look at the LVP flooring. Gaps, movement, separation, or changes in the flooring can be signs that something needs attention, and documenting those concerns before your warranty expires gives you the opportunity to have them addressed by the builder.

📋 New home? Schedule that inspection before your warranty runs out!
