This weekend is one of my favorite weekends of the year: State Championship Weekend.

I spent 20 years coaching young men and women in the sport of wrestling along with 10 years as part of the Section III Wrestling Committee. I know the hard work and dedication that it takes to be the best.

Things kick off on Thursday with the Girls Tournament followed by the boys on Friday and Saturday. Best of luck to all the Section III wrestlers. Take it one match at a time and let’s bring some gold back to the Blue and Gold.
