Buying a home is about, as the saying goes, "location, location, location."
With the real estate market being so competitive, knowing what you are looking for in a neighborhood is as important as ever. The best path to an accepted offer nowadays is to be creative and think outside the box.
For example, you might have your heart set on a home in a popular town or neighborhood in your area, but it might turn out that another popular town or neighborhood in your area actually has all of the amenities that you're looking for!
Here are some things to consider when choosing a neighborhood:

2️⃣ Would you like a more contemporary home, or do you want something with a historic/vintage charm?
3️⃣ Are you open to an up-and-coming neighborhood or want to be in an established community?
4️⃣ Do you want to be in a single-family home, or is a townhome or condo right for your lifestyle?
5️⃣ Are you commuting, and if so, do you need to be near a highway or public transportation?
6️⃣ How important is proximity to neighborhood amenities, like a great local coffee shop and Whole Foods?
