We have 1-bedroom, 1-bath and 2-bedroom, 2-bath units available, and we would love to welcome you to our community. Come take a tour with us here at Brownstone Apartments to see everything we have to offer, and please ask us how you can save on your rent.

Our community features include:

- Floor Plans: Two sizes for one-bedrooms, including the A1 (610 sq. ft.) and the A2 (725 sq. ft.).
Floor plan: two-bedrooms two bath, B2 (980 sq. ft.)
- Amenities: Units include a stove, refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and full-size washer/dryer hookups.
- Parking: Open parking is available for residents and guests, with covered spots also on-site.

If you are interested in moving forward, you can apply online at www.brownstonetx.com. To process your application, we will need:

1. A $75 application fee and a $350 security deposit for the A1 A2.
$450 security deposit for the B2
2. Your three most recent pay stubs or other verifiable proof of income.
3. A copy of your government-issued photo ID.
